- C.O.D.'s available with pre-approval.
(NOTE: This option available for shipments to established corporations within the U.S. only. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE PRE-APPROVED FOR C.O.D. SHIPMENTS, PLEASE SUBMIT CREDIT REFERENCES) - For corporate accounts, you may apply for an open Net 30 account by asking a credit application, completing it and fax to (808) 834-7001.
